(More customer reviews)I find front carriers uncomfortable and wanted something discreet but functional, especially for hiking.I have a 6lb Chihuahua who loves this backpack and fits perfectly into it (the small size).It is comfortable, has extra pockets for keys/phone/wallet/treats, and is well made.I love that I can keep him contained by zipping closed the top or give him a "convertible" ride.The only improvement I would make would be to include a pocket to carry a water bottle for the dogs.
