The photos provided were accurate and I was quite pleased with the size of the bag.I purchased it for my two kittens.As they grow older, I am going to have to order a 2nd one as they soon won't both fit inside the one.
Both sides of the bag are zippered and netted so your animal can see you and get fresh air.There is also a zippered and netted area on the top of the bag as well. It is easy to assemble and the rollers with handle work excellent.
My only complaint about the bag is that it collapses easily...meaning because it is a bag, it doesn't always properly stay erect. The side might cave in a little if you set it down. However, it does not effect my kittens in any way.I also recommend putting a blanket inside of it for extra cushion.
