(More customer reviews)Description and looks are nice, but does the bottle live up to both?Sadly, I am not convinced that it does.Nowhere does it state if it is food grade 304 Stainless Steel.Although there is no seam on the outside layer, there is a seam on the inside - only time will tell how well it holds up against rust.So far as keeping drinks cool longer, my question is longer than what?Outside, in 80+ degree weather, my bottles keep the drink "cool" for about an hour and a half or a little longer.By far, my greatest concern is the rim of this water bottle.Although it is not sharp, it is thin stainless steel.Definitely not pleasant against your lips.It has not been rolled, like many of the other less expensive stainless steel bottles do.This also means that there is less surface area for the compression seal formed against the gasket (appears to be nylon).More stress on the gasket.Since it is thin steel, a slight dent will become an abrasive against the gasket.If I had known the rim was so thin I would not have purchased this bottle.
