(More customer reviews)The first time I tried to unzip the backpack from the fanny pack the zipper broke off in my hand. Then I tried to unzip it manually and the zipper bracket broke in two. I called Apex and told them what happened. They told me they would send me a replacement when I asked for my money back. The guy from there customer service said watch your e-mail for the shipping confirmation. That was two weeks + ago.... No email. I will never order another thing from this company and I suggest you avoid them as well.
