(More customer reviews)I wish I could have given this zero stars.The auto run software couldn't find the wireless router.We called technical support they had us jerry-rig it wich wouldn't allow any security encription.When I tried to get the technician to help me he said to call back later.Call #2 the technician helped us get it working right and get security on it.Hooray! It worked for a day and a half and went down while we were using it.Call #3 Technician had us reset and change IP addresses, still wouldn't work. Then they wanted us to diable all our virus and spyware.Call #4 Talked to a suprevisor had us reset, change IP addresses etc.Still wouldn't work.Again they want us to disable our spyware.Finally after 1 week and many hours on the phone they told us the router was bad and to take it back to the store.If the store won't take it back give them a call.Then they tried to end the call without helping reset the IP addresses so that the internet would work without the router.As a side note all of the technicians I talked to had very heavy accents and were hard to understand I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves and say everything back to them to make sure we got all the instructions right.Very frustrating during an already frustrating time.
