I purchased it because I was looking for something light and easy to carry when I go hiking and camping I have used it twice since I purchased it. this saw cuts through dead trees and branches like a warm knife cutting butter. I am going to buy another for a spare. I also ordered another blade because of an earlier review don't believe that it has worked great and is still extremely sharp. I don't go anywhere without it.
