(More customer reviews)I bought this carrier to transport my cat overseas.The carrier arrived very quickly and was easy to figure out.The inside is nicely padded, and the roll-up sides over the mesh helped to keep her nice and cool on the plane.There is a hook inside that attaches to a collar, so the end flap can be opened and the cat can't get out.The carrying handle is comfortable to use.I did not use the shoulder strap.The only objection is that the top is a little crooked, and I have been unable to straighten it out.It does not seem to affect comfort, though.Overall, it is a good, sturdy, and comfortable carrier for a small pet.
