(More customer reviews)The description says for pets 16 lbs and under - my 14 lb cat could only fit in about 2/thirds of the way. They should describe these things as pet measurement, not weight.
Have a very small pet? I still don't advise getting this item. It's not well designed. The wheels are in too far from the edge - anyone who has ever used wheeled luggage knows that the closer the wheels are to the edges, the better stability. Also, the handle doesn't lock. If you need to push the item, the handle just collapses.
Add to that the zipper isn't smooth, I'm being nice giving this thing 2 stars. I'm really surprised at Sherpa - thought they made better products than this.
It's also virtually non-refundable. They want a 30% restocking fee & you have to pay for return postage. At that point, it's not worth the effort. I guess it'll make a nice tax-deduction.
